Return and Exchange Policy

Aldantina understands that internet shopping is different to shopping the conventional way. If for any reason you are unhappy with any of the items you received, Aldantina will happily exchange or refund the purchase price. Postage costs are not refundable unless the item is faulty. Items need to be returned in original packaging with tags attached – unused.

Aldantina takes great care in packaging your order so it arrives at your doorstep intact and requests the same care be taken with returns. Aldantina will not be held responsible for any damage incurred to returns whilst in the care of Australia Post.

Please notify Aldantina within 14 days of receipt should you wish to make a return. All returns are to be pre-approved by Aldantina.

Aldantina reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.

Refunds are processed with 7 days of receipt of returned goods and will be made via the same payment method.

Items purchased on SALE are not covered by our Returns and Exchange Policy unless deemed faulty.

 Faulty Goods

In the rare event that a fault or damage to your purchase is overlooked during dispatch, Aldantina will happily exchange or refund your purchase providing it is returned in original packaging unopened.
